Chapter Fifteen: Spoiling Our Christmas Party
Robin got out the ice rink and sat on the bench.
"I wonder what is my present for Christmas?" Robin wondered.
He started to wonder his childhood days. He remembers wrecking up a Christmas party one night.
"Daddy, can I open my presents now?" A young Robin cried.
"It's not yet time," Mr. Mackenzie said.
Robin's eyes widened as if he's going to burst into tears, "Please?"
"Son, let's wait for the visitors to leave first," Mr. Mackenzie whispered.
Suddenly, a young Bethany dashed to the Christmas Tree to check on the presents.
"Can we open our presents now?" Bethany asked.
"After the visitors leave," Mr. Mackenzie said.
Robin threw a tantrum as he wrecked the Christmas Tree, opened the gifts, and screamed in anger. After he did this, he went to sleep even though he didn't ate dinner.
Back in reality, Robin started laughing and crying at the same time. His emotions mixed up. He was laughing because he threw a tantrum and he was upset because he ruined the Christmas party.
"Robin, why are you laughing and crying?" Nicole asked.
"I feel upset and silly!" Robin laughed.
Nicole rolled her eyes and murmured, "Flashback problems again."
Robin stopped crying and laughing. He spotted a newspaper and read it.
"What's this?" Robin mumbled. "Now hiring: bunny for chocolate egg making."
Robin jumped in glee as he rushed to the telephone booth to contact the office.
"I am a bunny!" Robin cried as he dialed the number.
"Hello?" A man answered.
"Hey, I am a bunny and I wanna apply for job," Robin said.
"Very well," The man said. "You're hired."
"Woohoo!" Robin cried as he hung the phone.
"Boys, we found a new bunny," The man said.
"Another bunny?" They repeated.
"Yes, with a touch of bunny powder, we'll make him into an Easter Bunny," The man said.
The crews smiled as they got back to work.
